Gail Baldwin was advised by Blue Infinitas Ltd to transfer her personal pension with Sun Life of Canada into a SIPP. Most of her money was invested in unregulated products which resulted in significant losses.
As her financial advisers were now out of business we sent her claim to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) explaining why the advice she received was not suitable.
